The short version
This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how visitors use the site and which ads lead to enquiries. Before you respond to the cookie banner, or if you decline it, limited, consent-denied measurement signals may still be sent to Google — for example, that a page was viewed — without setting any analytics or advertising cookie; Google processes these in line with its Consent Mode. If you accept the banner, full Analytics and Ads measurement is switched on, including the cookies described below.
Google Analytics
If accepted, Google Analytics records general, non-identifying information about your visit — which pages you looked at, roughly how you found the site, and the type of device you're using. We use this to understand which parts of the site are useful and where visitors are coming from.
Google Ads conversion tracking
If accepted, and if you arrived here by clicking one of our Google adverts, a cookie records that your later enquiry-form submission followed that ad click. This tells us which ads are actually leading to enquiries, so we don't waste money on ones that aren't working. It doesn't tell us anything about you personally beyond that.
Declining, or changing your mind
Declining the banner keeps both of the above switched off — no analytics or advertising cookie is set. Limited, consent-denied measurement signals as described above may still be sent to Google, which processes them in line with its Consent Mode. Essential things the site needs to function at all — like remembering that you made a choice — aren't affected either way. You can review or change your choice at any time with the button below.
